Celtic Predicted XI vs Hearts: One big return to starting XI

A late penalty against Hibernian handed the Rangers all three points, meaning Celtic will need a win to keep the pressure up on the Ibrox side. Of course, things are not expected to be easy and they could face a tough test against Hearts, who have made an impressive start to the season and currently sit at third in the Premiership table and if they win, they will go above the Hoops.

The two sides have met twice already this season and both have been close games. Celtic won one, while Hearts won the other.

Thus, it is safe to say that this could very possibly be a tight game as well and Celtic might need to be on top of their game to come out with all three points on this occasion.

When it comes to the line up, Postecoglou will have some interesting decisions to make with Tom Rogic and Nir Bitton back in the mix while a busy run in December to consider at the same time.

Here’s how we think Ange Postecoglou could line Celtic up when they face Hearts at Parkhead in a very important Scottish Premiership game:

Joe Hart

Hart arrived at Celtic in the summer amidst a lot of questions about whether he could still get it done as a first-team goalkeeper. It is safe to say that he has already shown that he can and then some.

Hart has been excellent between the posts for Celtic and is without doubt the first-choice goalkeeper at Parkhead right now.

But it is not just on the pitch that he is making a big contribution. Hart has been influential off it as well and has already established himself as a vocal leader in this team. The Hoops definitely made a good choice by signing him from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
