That is the view of ex-Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about Postecoglou’s “major rebuild” at Parkhead.

Speaking to the BBC (15th October), the 56-year-old manager revealed he’s “really confident” of landing his January targets after talks with the board.

It comes after the Hoops manager claimed his recruitment team would explore the international market when the window re-opens.

Robinson believes Postecoglou’s ‘confidence’ suggests moves are already in place for players.

“It sounds like he’s been promised sizeable funds,” he told Football Insider.

“The board are obviously happy with what he has done so far. They can see real progression and the club continuing to go in the right direction under him.

“It would only be right to back him in January and allow him to get the players that he wants.

“Postecoglou’s comments suggest he has spoken to the players and agents and they want to come as well.

“Things are starting to turn around at Celtic. There are some real signs of progression already.”

The Hoops welcomed 12 new signings to the club in the summer window.

Kyogo Furuhashi, Carl Starfelt, Liel Abada, Josip Juranovic, Georgios Giakoumakis, Joe Hart, Liam Scales, Liam Shaw, Osaze Urhoghide, James McCarthy, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Jota all came through the door.
